Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Altenew today to celebrate the March 2026 release with a fun and inspirational blog hop. I have already shared one card using the release, which you can see here, and today I have three more cards to share.

disclosure.
POSH PETALS
My first card uses Altenew Build-A-Garden: Posh Petals which consists of a stamp set, coordinating die, coordinating stencils and a mini blending brush. I started off by stamping the floral image from the stamp set onto white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. I then placed the stencils on top, one by one, to add ink blending using Altenew Mini Blending Brushes.
I used Altenew Enchanted Garden Fresh Dye Inks for the petals, and Altenew Green Valley (Firefly & Grass Field) and Whispering Woodland (Limeade) Fresh Dye Inks for the leaves and stems. It was die cut out using the coordinating die and adhered to a white US A2 sized white card base with Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape.
I cut the excess off the sides of the card base using scissors. I stamped the sentiment from the set onto more white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink and die cut it out. I die cut the die another two times from white cardstock and adhered them behind the stamped one before adhering to the card. To finish, I embellished with Altenew Clear Iridescent Stellar Sequins.
DARLING DAHLIA, NESTING ARCHES + DAYDREAM
DOODLES
I started off my card by die cutting the new Altenew Darling Dahlia Layering Die Set from white cardstock multiple times (enough to make three flowers). I placed the die cuts on my Altenew Sticky Mat and added ink blending. I used Altenew Enchanted Garden Fresh Dye Inks for the petals, and Altenew Green Valley Fresh Dye Inks for the leaves.
I used Altenew Summer Afternoon Fresh Dye Inks for the flower centres. The flowers were adhered using the keyhole system and liquid glue and set aside while I worked on the card base. I die cut three arches from the new Altenew Nesting Arches Die Set from Altenew Crafty Necessities: Jet Black Cardstock.
I placed one of the stencils from Altenew Daydream Doodles Stencils Set on top and applied Altenew Pearl Shimmer Relief Paste on top using an Altenew Palette Knife. The stencil was removed and the arches set aside to dry. Once dry, they were adhered to a US A2 sized black card base using new Altenew Black Instant Dimension Foam Tape.
The flowers and leaves were adhered on top using liquid glue. I stamped a sentiment from Altenew Build-A-Garden: Posh Petals onto more black cardstock using Altenew Embossing Ink. I applied Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder and heat set. It was cut into a strip and adhered to the card with more black foam tape.
PETAL POP
My last card for today uses the new Altenew Petal Pop Stencil. I placed it down onto a panel of white cardstock and held it in place with low-tack tape. I placed the flower centre stencil inside the background stencil and then added ink blending to the petals with Altenew Enchanted Garden Fresh Dye Inks.
I removed the flower centre stencil and added ink blending using Altenew Summer Afternoon Fresh Dye Inks. The stencil was then removed and the panel adhered to a US A2 sized white card base with Altenew Glue Tape. I die cut the 'friend' from Altenew Timeless Sentiments Die Set from white (2 x for the shadow) and black (4 x for the word) cardstock.
The layers were adhered together using liquid glue and then adhered to the card. I stamped the 'happy birthday' from Altenew Build-A-Garden: Posh Petals onto white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. It was cut into a strip and adhered to the card with foam tape. To finish, I embellished with Altenew Clear Iridescent Stellar Sequins.

I know it sounds silly being excited about foam tape, but I am really excited to have black foam tape now in three different widths! I make a lot of cards with black or dark card bases, so I am going to love having black foam tape for them now! Thank you so much for stopping by today, I really do appreciate it. I hope you have a wonderful day!
