Card Making Haul - November 2013

Hello there, today I am sharing with you my monthly card making haul for the month of November. I bought  a few different bits this month, no stamps or dies though (well not in this haul but I did get some in my last SSS haul!). I finally bought some embossing paste after seeing so many of you use it plus some more Tim Holtz Distress Inks and few other bits. Here is the video...

  1. Hi Carole, yes I do spend a lot on craft products but it is a hobby I enjoy and I work very hard for the money I spend on them!

  2. Noooo! Your spreader is a great buy Michelle! You need to go onto you tube and have a look at the tutorials for the embossing paste! The majority of the ladies use palette knives but personally I like the clean swipe of the spreader!

I'm not very good at explaining but I don't want you thinking what you bought was a waste so I'll try!!

Tape your stencil down on top of your card, run some paste across the top edge using your wee pallete knife thingy, sit the spreader at an angle then pull it down towards you, if you've missed bits there's enough paste on the spreader for you to run in down again! Any excess on the spreader scrape it off and put it back in the pot!

In fact did you ever do t-shirt printing in school?? Like that!!

    Good luck!

    Big hugs
    Roni :D xox
