Concord & 9th | Holiday Trimmings

Hello there, I'm delighted to be back sharing my third card as a guest designer for Concord & 9th. You can see my other two cards here. Today I am using the Holiday Trimmings Bundle. I was so excited when I saw this set as I absolutely love decorating my house for Christmas using foliage, bells and bows!

I started off my card by stamping the 'deck the halls' stamp from the Concord & 9th Holiday Trimmings Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. It was then die cut out using the coordinating die.

I took the Concord & 9th Holiday Trimmings Die Set and die cut out the large and medium pine needles from Concord & 9th Clover, Juniper and Tidepool Cardstock. I die cut the bells from Concord & 9th Silver Foil Cardstock, the strings from Concord & 9th Aster Cardstock, the bow from Concord & 9th Aster & Lilac Cardstock and the snowflake twice from Concord & 9th White Cardstock

I assembled the bow and bells using liquid glue. I then adhered the sentiment onto a white US A2 sized card base using thin foam tape. I adhered the pine needles around the top left and bottom right of the sentiment. The bells were added to the bottom right using thin foam tape and the bow adhered on top.

The snowflakes were adhered on top of the foliage. I felt like it needed something extra. Instead of using embellishments, I die cut the berries from the Concord & 9th Peaceful Dove Die Set from Concord & 9th Aster Cardstock and adhered them to the card using liquid glue.

Have you noticed something about my cards yet? Most of them use the same colour combo - Juniper, Tidepool, Aster, and Lilac. I am adding in pops of other colours as needed, but I really love how the muted greens work with the purples! Thank you so much for stopping by today, I really do appreciate it. I hope you have a wonderful day and a great weekend!
