Simon Says Stamp | Sending Warm Hugs

Hello there, today I have a card to share using two new products (and one older!) from the Simon Says Stamp DieCember 2025 release, that they kindly sent me to use. The focus is the CZ Design Sending Warm Hugs Die which is great for these winter months.

PLEASE NOTE: This post contains affiliate links. Please see below for my full disclosure.

I started off my card by die cutting a panel of white cardstock using the new Simon Says Stamp Basic Shapes Squares Dies. I placed it inside the Simon Says Stamp Delicate Pine Branches Embossing Folder and ran it through my die cutting machine.

I then added ink blending on top using Altenew Enchanted Garden Fresh Dye Inks and a Small Blending Brush. I focussed the darker shades around the edges of the panel, keeping the middle slightly lighter. I mixed Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White with a little water and splattered it onto the panel before setting aside to dry.

Once dry, it was adhered to a white 5" x 5" card base with foam tape. I die cut the Simon Says Stamp + CZ Design Sending Warm Hugs Die from white cardstock three times for the word itself and once from Simon Says Stamp Premium Vellum for the shadow. I adhered the word dies onto the shadow, one on top of another and then adhered the whole thing onto the card using more foam tape.

Obviously purple is a bit untraditional for pine branches, but I thought it was pretty! Thank you so much for stopping by today, I really do appreciate it. I hope you have a great day!
