VIDEO | Pinkfresh Studio Twilight Tales

Hello there, I am delighted to be over on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube channel today sharing a card and video using the Twilight Tales set. This set is great for anyone who loves to read and I love that although the image is quite large, you can cut it into sections and use just part of it, like I have done today.

I started off by stamping the image from Pinkfresh Studio Twilight Tales Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Hybrid Ink. I then used the Pinkfresh Studio Twilight Tales Stencils to colour the image using ink blending and blending brushes

I stamped the sentiment from the set on to a separate piece of cardstock and both were die cut out using their coordinating dies. For the card base, I die cut 3 of the largest Pinkfresh Studio Double Stitch Elongated Oval Die and on one, added ink blending on top with Pinkfresh Studio Wisteria, Hydrangea, Opulence and Detail Black Inks.

I added white splatter with Dr Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White paint and set it aside to dry. I added a score line towards the top of another of the ovals to create a hinge. I added adhesive to this and adhered it to the other oval to create the card base. The inked panel was then adhered on top.

I added the image with thin foam tape and the sentiment with 2 more layers of cardstock. To finish, I embellished with Pinkfresh Studio Iridescent Dew Drops

Although I used purple inks for this, I think it would look great with any colour as well! Thank you so much for stopping by today, I do appreciate it. I hope you have a great day!
