Altenew | Hearts & Paislies

Hello there, Altenew are releasing lots of new products today including stamps, dies, embossing folders, inks, watercolour tubes, plus more! I have one card to share today and will have another two on Sunday for the blog hop.

Today I am using the new Hearts & Paislies 3D Embossing Folder and stencils. These can be used separately or together. I started off by placing a panel of white cardstock inside the Altenew Hearts & Paislies 3D Embossing Folder and ran it through my die cutting machine. 

I placed the Altenew Hearts & Paislies Stencils on top, one by one, to add colour to the images with Mini and Micro Blending Brushes. I used Altenew Rose Petal Fresh Dye Inks for the pink flowers, Altenew Enchanted Garden Fresh Dye Inks for the purple flowers, Altenew Sweet Dreams Fresh Dye Inks for the aqua/teal flowers, and Altenew Green Valley Fresh Dye Inks for the leaves and stems. 

There is a stencil layer to colour in the paisleys but I decided not to add ink to them. I adhered the panel onto a US A2 sized white card base using Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape. I stamped the 'hello' from Altenew Build-A-Garden: Sulfur Cosmos onto white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Pigment Ink. It was die cut out and adhered to the card with more foam tape to finish.
