HERO STUDIO CARD KIT OF THE MONTH
I then die cut the panel using a
Hero Arts Hexagon Infinity Die. I also cut another two hexagons from white cardstock. I placed the 'hey there' Word Fancy Die on top of the stamped one and ran it through my die cutting machine, making sure to keep both the positive and negative die cut pieces safe. I adhered one of the white hexagon pieces to the back of the panel.
I then die cut the 'hey there' die another four times from white cardstock. I adhered the first one in place on the stamped panel (die cut inlay) and then added all the negative pieces from the first die cut back in too. I then stacked up and adhered the other word die cuts on top, followed by the stamped one, to create an eclipse look.
I made a score line towards the top of the other hexagon piece to create a hinge. I added glue onto the hinge and adhered it to the back of the stamped one, to create a hexagon shaped card base. To finish, I embellished with
Hero Arts Clear Enamel Dots.
