Altenew | Craft-A-Flower Buttercup Layering Die Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Altenew today for the release of the new Craft-A-Flower Buttercup Layering Die Set. You can purchase the set on it's own or as a bundle with Gradient Cardstock. I have never been a huge fan of yellow but these flowers are so beautiful! We are celebrating with a fun blog hop. More on the hop below.

I started off by die cutting the Altenew Buttercup Layering Die Set from Altenew Summer Afternoon Gradient Cardstock and Altenew Green Meadows Gradient Cardstock. These are the same colours that come in the bundle. Although the cardstock packs are fairly small in size, they work so well with these dies. The dies fit on the sheets perfectly for die cutting and I love that the guess work of having the right shades is done for you! The flower layers were adhered together with Altenew 2 in 1 Precision Glue Pen

I then took a panel of white cardstock and ran it through my die cutting machine using the Altenew Angled Mosaic 3D Embossing Folder. This panel was adhered flat to an A2 black card base with tape runner and then the flowers added on top with more tape runner, as well as glue pen.

I took the sentiment from the Altenew Sentiment Strips 2 Stamp Set and stamped it on to black cardstock with Versamark Ink. I appled Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder and heat set. It was cut in to a strip and added to the card with Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape. To finish off, I added a few Iridescent Jewels.
