You Are Loved Messages

Hello there, today I have two note cards to share using the You Are Loved Messages set from Hero Arts. Not only is this a wonderful set, when you buy it, Hero Arts donates it's profits from the sale to the Kind Campaign to help end bullying.

 

I started off with two panels of TH watercolour paper. I took some mask paper and cut a heart from it, using the Nesting Hearts Infinity Dies. Using the negative piece of the mask, I placed this over the watercolour paper panels. I then blended over Distress Oxide Inks. The first card uses Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers and the second uses Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet.

 

 

 With the mask still in place, I spritzed over some Sparkle Shimmer Spritz. The masks were removed and then set aside to dry.

Once dry, I took the sentiments from the You Are Loved Messages set and stamped these on to the panels with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. I also stamped the heart from the set three times. I applied clear embossing powder and then heat set. The panels were adhered to black card bases with ATG.

The cards are a bit smaller in size than a US standard A2 size. I thought the smaller size fitted the design better. They are 3 3/4" by 4 3/4" so I will have to make some homemade envelopes for these. Thanks so much for visiting me today. I really do appreciate it.
