I just couldn't resisit Riley anymore! I caved in and ordered a couple. I have used Plane Riley for this card for a male family friend. I have stamped him out adding the 'happy birthday' message using clear Elzybells stamps, coloured him in with Copics, mounted to blue and added to base with 3D foam pads. The base is made with Piggy Tales {The Frog Prince Collection} papers. Dew Drops added to finish.
