Pinkfresh Studio | A Little Sunshine

Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Pinkfresh Studio today for a fun Instagram Hop to celebrate the April 2026 The Daydream Edit release. I already shared one card here yesterday and today, I have another suite to share, this time Whispering Daffodils.

I started off my card by stamping the image from the Pinkfresh Studio Whispering Daffodils Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Hybrid Ink. I then took the Pinkfresh Studio Whispering Daffodils Stencils and placed them over the top of the image, one by one, to add colour using ink blending with 1/4" Blending Brushes. 

I used:

• Stencil 1 - Summer Shower Ink for the daffodil petals.
• Stencil 2 - not used.
• Stencil 3 - Sweet Mustard Ink for the small flowers. 
• Stencil 4 - Summer Shower Ink for the daffodil centres. 
• Stencil 5 - not used. 
• Stencil 6 & 7 - Grassy Knoll Ink for the stems and leaves. 

The image was die cut out using the Pinkfresh Studio Whispering Daffodils Die. I made an A2 sized card base from Spellbinders Breeze ColorWheel Cardstock and placed one of the Pinkfresh Studio Single Stitch Rectangle Die on top and ran it through my die cutting machine to emboss it onto the front panel. I added ink blending to the bottom left hand corner using Pinkfresh Studio Summer Shower Ink and a Pinkfresh Studio 1" Blending Brush. 

I mixed Altenew Titanium White Artists' Gouache with a little water, picked it up with a paint brush and splattered it onto the card. Once it was dry, the image was adhered on top using thin foam tape. I cut the excess off the bottom using scissors. 

I stamped the sentiment from the set onto white cardstock using Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Hybrid Ink. It was die cut out using the coordinating die. I cut the die again and adhered it to the back of the stamped one. It was then adhered to the card using a combination of liquid glue and foam tape. To finish, I embellished with Pinkfresh Studio Iridescent Dew Drops.
