Hero Arts | July 2023 My Monthly Hero Countdown to Creativity

Hello there and welcome as we countdown to the release of the Hero Arts July 2023 My Monthly Hero Kit. Both the Classic and Premium Kit release on Wednesday, 5th July 2023. We are sharing inspiration today, tomorrow and Monday using it. The theme this month is picnics! My card today uses the Premium Kit.

I started off by die cutting the Picnic Basket Fancy Dies from the July 2023 My Monthly Hero Premium Kit using Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock. I did cut them twice so that I could stack them up for stability. On one set, I added Copic Markers to colour them in. There are lots of food items to go in the picnic basket but I decided to just use the champagne and glasses for my card today. 

I took a panel of white cardstock and added horizontal score lines on it. The basket, champagne and glasses were adhered on top using foam tape. I then adhered the panel to a US A2 sized white card base with more foam tape. 

I stamped the sentiment from the kit stamp set (in both Premium and Classic) using Intens-ified Black Ink. The sentiment is actually a stacked one but I stamped each word separately as I wanted it on a line instead. It was cut out and adhered below the picnic basket. To finish off, I added a few Clear Hero Hues Enamel Dots.
