Hello there and welcome as we countdown to the release of the Hero Arts April 2022 My Monthly Hero Kit. Release day is Monday, 4th April. All weekend long, we are sharing peeks with you using the new kit. This month is about Mama's & Papa's with a floral and bee theme for the main kit.

disclosure.
For my countdown project today, I have created a tag using just the main kit - cling stamp and stencils, clear stamp set and dies. I started off by stamping the 6" x 6" Cling Stamp on to a panel of white cardstock using
Intens-ified Black Ink. I then stamped it again over the top using
Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink. I applied
Clear Embossing Powder and heat set. I took the Color Layering Stencils in the kit and one by one, placed them over the top and added ink blending with an
Ink Blending Brush.
I used
Splash and
Blue Hawaii Reactive Ink for the flowers and
Key Lime Fizz and
Green Apple Reactive Inks for the leaves. There isn't a layer for the bees, so I coloured them with Copic Markers. I cut the panel using a
Tag Infinity Die and then used the Frame Cuts from the kit to cut out an individual bee and flower. I also die cut these twice from white cardstock to layer them up.
The flower and bee were added to the tag using
Precision Glue, as well as the hole reinforcer cut from
Pitch Black Cardstock. I took the sentiment from the clear stamp set in the kit and stamped it on to Pitch Black Cardstock with
Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink. I applied
White Embossing Powder and heat set. It was cut in to a strip and added to the tag with foam tape. To finish off, I added twine through the top of the tag and tied in a bow.
