Altenew | Craft-A-Flower Magnolia Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello there, today sees the release of the new Craft-A-Flower from Altenew. This month's flower is the magnolia and it is so pretty! Since magnolia's are usually white or pink, I thought I would go for a pink flower for today. I do think it would look pretty in any colour though! We are celebrating the release with a fun blog hop, please see below for more details.

I started off my card by die cutting the layers of the Altenew Craft-A-Flower Magnolia Layering Die Set. I cut the layers for the flower using Altenew Cherry Blossom, Rose Petal and Summer Afternoon Gradient Cardstocks. I then cut the leaves from Altenew Sea Shore Gradient Cardstock. They were layered up and adhered with Altenew 2 in 1 Precision Glue Pen

I die cut a 4.5" circle card base (using the method to create shaped cards that I shared here) using a light pink cardstock and then added a layer on top using white cardstock. The leaves were added on top with tape runner and then the flower adhered with Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape

I stamped the sentiment, from the Altenew Sentiment Strips Stamp Set, on to white cardstock with Altenew Obsidian Ink and then cut in to a strip. It was added to the card with more foam tape. To finish off, I added a few Altenew Cherry Blossom Enamel Dots
