Hello there, today I am excited to be taking part in the latest release from Altenew. This blog post is part of a fun, inspiration filled blog hop with prizes. Please see below for more details.

For my projects today, I am using the new Garden Delights set, along with the the new Alcohol Ink Background Paper Pack. As much as I love working with alcohol inks, this paper pack is fantastic for when you do not feel like getting messy!

I started off my tags by die cutting the Altenew Alcohol Ink Backgrounds Paper Pack using the Altenew Terrific Tags Die Set. Although the paper is pretty sturdy, I did die cut two more tags from white cardstock as well, and adhered them to the back with tape runner adhesive.

I took the Altenew Garden Delights Stamp Set and stamped one of the flowers and some of the leaves on to Altenew Vellum Translucent Paper. I stamped multiples of the flowers and leaves using Altenew Embossing Ink. I then applied Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder and heat set.

They were die cut out using the Altenew Garden Delights Die Set. I took the sentiments from the Garden Delights set and stamped them on to black cardstock and heat embossed them also. They were cut in to a strips. The leaves were adhered to the tags with a small amount of vellum adhesive.

I then added the sentiments on to the flowers with Altenew Instant Dimension Foam Tape. I added another piece of foam tape behind the sentiment strip and added the flowers to the tags. I added Altenew Enamels Dots from the Cherry Blossom and Our Family Collections. To finish off, I added twine through the top of the tags and tied in a bow.
