Altenew | Craft-A-Flower Antique Rose Layering Die Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Altenew today to celebrate the release of the new Craft-A-Flower Antique Rose Layering Die Set. What a stunning set! This rose is absolutely beautiful! You can purchase the set separately, or as a bundle with gradient cardstock. For the release, we are celebrating with a fun, inspiration filled blog hop. More details on the hop below. 

For my card, I started off by die cutting the Altenew Craft-A-Flower Antique Rose Layering Die Set from Altenew Cherry Blossom Gradient Cardstock for the flower itself and Altenew Green Meadows Gradient Cardstock for the leaves. The layers were adhered together using Altenew 2 in 1 Precision Glue Pen. 

I took a sheet of Altenew Vellum Translucent Paper and die cut it using a tag from the Altenew Terrific Tags Die Set. The Antique Rose was then adhered on top with tape runner. I added more tape runner on to the back of the tag and added it to the card. For the card, I took an A2 white card base and scored lines on to the front using the Altenew Crafter's Essential Bone Folder and a score board (I apologise that they are not very noticeable in the photos but in real life, they do show up nicely). 

I took the sentiment from the Altenew Sentiment Strips Stamp Set and stamped it on to black cardstock with Versamrk Ink. I applied Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder, set heat and cut in to a strip. It was added to the card with thin foam tape. To finish off, I added a loose bow tied using Altenew Metallic Thread to the top of the tag.
