Creating a Background with Individual Stamps

Hello there, apologies for being MIA (Missing In Action) for a little while. I hope you are all doing well. I am over on the Hero Arts Blog today, sharing a card using the Festive Balloon set.

I thought it would be fun to create a background using the balloon images from the set. I then used lots of Reactive Inks in rainbow colours to add ink over the top, added on some water splatters and let sit to dry. For the sentiment, I used the Happy Stamp & Cut for the 'happy' and then the Blessings Stamp & Cut for the 'birthday', which was heat embossed.
