Sending A Smile

Hello there, today I am over on the Hero Arts Blog sharing a card using the Flower Confetti Fancy Die, along with the new Smile Stamp & Cut. The Flower Confetti Die makes for great backgrounds. I decided to combine the die with the Liquid Watercolors to create this background but you could add colour in lots of different ways.
