CB Teasers | Autumn Blessings

Hello there, although we are technically still in Summer, it definitely feels like autumn here in England. There has been a LOT of rain! My card today, for the second day of Clearly Besotted teasers, uses two new beautiful autumn/fall sets - In Stitches: Autumn and Tiny Trees.

I started off by taking a sheet of white cardstock and stamping the leaves from the In Stitches: Autumn set on to it. I used Distress Inks to give some texture to the leaves. I inked them up once and then stamped them off on to a piece of scrap paper. I then inked them up again but this time only applied ink to the outer edges of the stamp to give some more depth to them. I love how they turned out.

The sentiment, from the Tiny Trees set (a set full of, like the name suggests tiny trees that can be used for lots of different occasions, along with some beautiful sentiments), was stamped on to a separate piece of cardstock with black ink. This was then cut out using my guillotine. The panel was adhered to a Kraft A2 card base with foam, followed by the sentiment piece. To finish off, I added a few sequins.
