Santa

Hello there, long time no see! I am back today with a card using the Simon Says Stamp Winter Characters Stamp & Die Set. This is one of the sets designed by Clearly Besotted for Simon's Stamptember event. It is available throughout the holiday season but then it will be gone, so if you haven't already got it and want it, please pick it up quickly!

I wanted to use the cute Santa on my card today so I stamped him out, coloured with Copic Markers and used the matching die to cut him out. I then took the LF Stitched Journaling Card die and cut this from white CS, made a snow bank for Santa to stand on (using a string from a balloon set!) and added Santa on top with foam tape. I then stamped the sentiment, from the SSS Holiday Hellos set, above him.

I then took some Bazzill Red Hots CardShoppe Cardstock and stamped it with the Impression Obsession Diagonal Stripes stamp using Versamark ink. I then liberally applied Iridescent Sparkle embossing powder and heat set. I added the Santa panel with more foam tape and then rounded the corners of the card with a Corner Chomper. Lastly I added some clear Wink of Stella to the white parts of Santa's jacket and hat and gold to his belt buckle.

SUPPLIES:

COPIC MARKERS: E000, E00, E11, R20. R27, R29, R37, R89. W00, W1. C1, C2, C7, C8, C10, 100.

I apologise for my absence the last few weeks. I am still struggling with my health, thankfully I will be seeing a specialist next week so hopefully I can get some answers to what is wrong. Until then, please bear with me in terms of any sort of schedule. Thank you to everyone that has left me get well messages too, they really mean a lot to me :) Thank you so much for visiting me today.
