Bee Day!

Hello there, I am currently participating in the Stenciled Online Card Class and day one was about inking and misting using your stencils. I went with inking. I first made a stencil by cutting the PTI Hexagon Cover Plate twice using glossy cardstock and sticking them together. I then made a mask for my card panel using Eclipse Masking paper and cutting out the circle shape using an MFT Circle Stax Die-Namic die. I laid my new stencil over the top and then added the Distress Inks with an ink dauber. I am really happy with the effect I achieved! The cute bee and sentiment are from the SSS Circle Friends Stamp set.

Are any of you taking part in the class? Although it is finishing today I have loved the inspiration and hoping to have some more cards using stencils to share with you over the week. Thanks so much for visiting me today.
