Cupcake Bees - DTDF

Hello there, today I have a card I have made for the DTDF Blog. I have used the new Wild Rose Studio Bees With Cupcake Cling Stamp and coloured the image with Copic Markers. I have then added strips of paper on to the card base from three different Echo Park Paper Pads. Finished off with a CC Designs Birthday Sentiment and some MME Enamel Dots.

SUPPLIES:

Hope you are all well. I posted on my Facebook page yesterday saying that PTI have increased their international shipping again. It is now $77 for what I want (only 3 packs of card and 3 sets of stamps). So unfortunately I don't think I can afford to order although I am running very low on the cardstock which is my favourite. Which white cardstock do you use? I am after a heavyweight one that I can use for both card bases and for stamping and using with Copic Markers. I'd love to hear if any of you have any suggestions for me. Thanks for visiting, have a lovely day!

I'm still trying to find some white cardstock myself that I am really happy with so I'll be interested to see what advice you may get on this.

  6. Gorgeous card Michelle. So pretty!
Just bought 3 for 2 on Centura Pearl 300gm CS. It's wonderful!Hardly any bleed through on the reverse and no bleeding or smearing on the front. (Talking Copics here, of course).
It's a bit TOO thick for 'fussy cutting' for me, so I head over to Ebay for smooth white 260gm CS. Never disappointed. HTH Michelle. xxx

  7. Lovely card Michelle. Sorry no advice on cardstock as I don't use copics. I can sympathise with you about PTI, I follow their blogs etc but can't afford their postage to Australia. I have found a few of their products on Ebay/blogs (some new and some second hand) not always at a cheap price but at least with have reasonable postage. The only other time I bought from them I had won a $75 voucher and have a friend in the US. Orders over $75 or $70 or something in the US have free postage so it got to my friend for nothing and she sent it on to me. She had a whole bunch of gifts to send too us and a few other friends so she bundled it up together and wouldn't let us pay postage!
Keep commenting on the release week blog posts and eventually you should win a voucher...
