I made this card for the lovely Jo whose Birthday was on Thursday, I hope you had a lovely day Jo. I have coloured in one of the lovely Tilda's that Sue sent me (thank you!) with watercolour pencils and added touches of glitter with my Spica glitter pen. I have then cut her out and mounted her to the base with 3D foam pads. The base has been made by layering up 'Swimming Pool' CS on to a card blank then running a piece of 'Dragonfly' CS through my Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots (my fave!) embossing folder. I have then simply added 3 Prima flowers with gem stones, more gem stones and a mini message.
