CB Teasers | Colour Chameleon

Hello there and welcome to the final day of the Clearly Besotted July Teasers. Don't be sad it is the last day, this means that it is release day! :D The new products release tonight at 10pm BST. I have one last teaser card to share with you today. It uses the Colour Chameleon set. It is another super cute set but can be used in lots of different ways.

 

I started off with a piece of watercolour paper. I cut this using the ME rectangle Femme Frame die. I then took the paint stripe from the set and "inked" it up using my new Caran D'Ache Neocolor II Watersoluble Crayons (they were a birthday present). I applied the colour directly to the stamp and then sprayed it using a mini mister. I then stamped it down on to the watercolour paper, left it to set for a few seconds and then lifted up. Once I had stamped all of the stripes, I did go over with a paintbrush and water to add a little but more colour in some places.

 

 

I then took one of the chameleons from the set and stamped this on to white cardstock, using black ink. I coloured him in using Copic Markers. I stamped the sentiment on to the panel and then added the chameleon above with foam tape. The panel was then added to a black A2 card base with ATG.

CB Teasers | Cheering For You

Hello there and welcome to day three of the Clearly Besotted Teasers for the July release. Today I have a cute card to share with you using the adorably cute Cheering For You stamp set. Cheerleading pandas! :D

 

I started off by taking a panel of white cardstock and cutting this with the ME Femme Frame rectangle die. I then stamped the top panda with black ink. I made a mask for her with masking paper, added it over the image and then stamped the other two pandas to the sides.

 

 

The sentiment, from the same set, was stamped below. I then coloured the pandas with Copic Markers. I took a white top fold A2 card base and adhered a piece of paper from the MFT Watercolor Wash paper pad to the front. The image panel was then adhered on top with foam sheet. To finish off, I added clear Wink of Stella to the pompoms and outfits.

CB Teasers | Hello Friend

Hello there and welcome to day two of the Clearly Besotted July teasers. Today I have a card to share using the super cute Best Friends stamp set. As the name suggests, it is filled with lots of friend images. I went with the fox and sheep for my card today, but the rest are equally adorable!

 

I started off by taking a panel of white cardstock and cutting this using one of the SSS Stitched Square dies. I then stamped the fox and sheep image, masked this off and then stamped the fence repeatedly behind them. These were then masked off too and I took the cloud image from the new Trouble in a Tutu stamp set, and stamped this above to make a little scene.

 

 

The masks were removed and then I coloured the image panel using Copic Markers. I took two sentiments from the many Mini Messages set and combined these to make the 'hello friend' sentiment. This was stamped on white cardstock, cut out and added to the panel with foam tape. The image panel was then added to a white 5x5" card base. To finish off, I added a few enamel dots around the sentiment piece.

CB Teasers | Happy Hugs

Hello there and welcome to the Clearly Besotted July Teasers. The new release will be hitting the shops on the 5th July. From now until then, the design team along with our fabulous guests Laura Bassen and Kay Miller, will be sharing teasers with you.

 

My card today uses the super cute Happy Hugs set. It is so adorable! I started off by stamping the little hugging bears on to a piece of white cardstock (cut using the ME Femme Frame rectangle die). I then stamped these again on masking paper, cut this out and added it over the top on the stamped panel. I then stamped the sun image over the top and extended the side lines a little using a black Copic Multiliner.

 

 

I stamped the sentiment, from the same set, to the side. The image was then coloured using Copic Markers. I took a piece of paper from the MFT Lucky prints paper pad and adhered this to the front of an A2 white card base. The image panel was added to the card with foam sheet.
