CB Teasers | Birthday Balloons & One In A Melon

Hello there, today is the day! The new Clearly Besotted products release tonight at 10pm. I have two final teasers to share with you today. My first teaser uses the new Let's Party stamp set. It is great for Birthday cards.

 

I started off by taking apiece of TH Watercolour cardstock, I stamped the balloons on to it using TH Distress Inks. I made sure to add more ink to the sides of the image and less in the middle. Once stamped, I went over the image with a paintbrush and water to blend over the colour. I let the inks dry before moving on tot he next balloon. For the strings, I stamped the ink off once on to scrap paper and then stamped on to the panel, for a lighter colour. I then blended over with the paintbrush again.

 

 

The sentiment, from the A Little Sentimental set, was stamped on to black cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed in white. The panel was adhered to a black card base with ATG. The sentiment strip was then added with foam tape. To finish off, I added a few enamel dots.

My second teaser uses the new adorable Feeling Fruity stamp set. Oh my goodness, how cute are these little mice! They are all dressed up as fruit! So fun.

 

For my card, I took a panel of white cardstock (cut using the ME Femme Frames die) and stamped the little mouse dressed as the watermelon on to it. The sentiment, from the same set, was stamped below. The little mouse was then coloured using Copoic Markers.

 

 

The panel was adhered to an A2 white card base that has a panel of paper from the Doodlebug Santa Express paper pad on the front, with foam sheet. To finish off, I added clear Wink of Stella to the watermelon part.

CB Teasers | Fabulous Friend

hello there, not long to wait until the new Clearly Besotted products are released. All the new items release tomorrow evening. For my teaser today, I am using the beautiful new To You With Love stamp set. It has a beautiful floral image as well as some lovely sentiments.

 

I started off with a panel of TH Watercolour Cardstock. The floral image was stamped on tot his using Versamrk ink. I applied WOW! Bright White embossing powder and heat set it. The image was then coloured using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens.

 

 

The panel was added to a pink A2 card base with ATG, along with a strip of black cardstock that has SN sparkle pen on it. The sentiment, from the A Little Sentimental set, was stamped in black and cut out. This was added to the card with foam tape. To finish, I added a few sequins.

CB Teasers | Turtley Awesome

Hello there, I am back today to share another Clearly Besotted teaser with you. Today I am using another cute set, called Cool Dude. It is filled with adorable turtle images and some fun sentiments.

For my card, I started off with a panel of white cardstock. I stamped the turtles on to it, as well as the fish, star fish and bubbles. I then added in the sand/sea bed and seaweed with a black Copic Multiliner. The image was coloured using Copic Markers. I added Glossy Accents to the bubbles and starfish, sparkle pen to the fish and glaze pen to the turtles shells.

 

The sentiment was then stamped at the bottom of the panel. I cut a frame, using the MFT Pierced Square Frame dies, from white cardstock and added this on top of the panel with foam tape. This was then adhered to a 5"x5" white card base.

CB Teasers | Warm Hugs

Hello there and welcome to the start of the May Clearly Besotted Teasers. From now until (and including) the 5th, myself and the rest of the Design Team will be sharing teasers with you using the new products. We also have some amazing Guest Designers this month - Anita Bowden, Taheerah Atchia and Vanessa Amann and Yoonsun Hur. My first card uses the super cute Just The Two Of Us stamp set.

 

I started off with a panel of white cardstock (cut using the ME Femme Frame die). I stamped the penguins from the set on to it using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then took the sentiment, from the Arctic Animals stamp set, and stamped this beside the penguins.

 

I then coloured the penguins and background using Copic Markers. The panel was simply adhered to a white A2 card base with foam sheet.
