VIDEO | Copic Colouring A Scene

Hello there, I am back with another post today. Please see below for my Clearly Besotted teaser post.
This afternoon I have my second post as Guest Designer for The Greeting Farm. For my card today, I am using the super cute Cuddly Thanks stamp set to create a scene.

I started off by stamping the fox from the set using black ink, on to a white panel of cardstock. I then masked him off and stamped the log image under him so it looks like he is sitting on it. The sentiment, also from the set, was stamped in the top right hand corner.

The panel was then coloured using Copic Markers. I also added a little black glaze pen tot he fox's nose. The panel was then adhered to an A2 card base with foam sheet.

CB Teasers | Birthday Butterflies

Hello there, not long to wait until the new products from Clearly Besotted are released. You can purchase them from 10pm tomorrow evening (UK time). I have another teaser to share with you today. I am using two new sets - A Better You and Brushed Greetings II.

I started off by taking  apiece of white cardstock and cutting this suing a SSS Stitched Rectangle die (you can probably tell I am obsessed with these!). I then stamped the butterflies from the A Better You set with purple and aqua inks. I stamped the first layer in lighter shades and then the second detail layer in darker shades. The sentiment, from the Brushed Greetings II set, was then stamped on to the panel using black ink.

The panel was adhered to an MFT Grapesicle A2 card base with foam sheet. To finish off, I added a layer of Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen to the butterflies, as well as a rhinestone to their centres.

CB Teasers | Thanks A Bunch

Hello there, today I have another Clearly Besotted teasers to share with you. For my card today, I am using the new super cute Cheeky Monkey set. I have to say, it is adorable!

I started off by cutting a piece of white cardstock using a SSS Stitched Square die. I then stamped monkey holding the bananas on to it. I made sure to take the ink off a part of his tail as I wanted that to be behind the branch but the other piece to be in front, so it looks like his tail is wrapped around. I then masked him off and stamped the branch. The branch was masked also so that I could add some clouds in the background.

I took an ink dauber and some TH Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, as well as a piece of cardstock cut using a cloud die, and blended the ink on to the panel. Once the masks were removed, I coloured the monkey and branch using Copic Markers. I took a white A2 card base and stamped the sentiment, also from the Cheeky Monkey set, on to it. The panel was then added with foam sheet.

CB Teasers | Birthday Boy

Hello there and welcome to the April Clearly Besotted Teasers. From today, myself and the rest of the Clearly Besotted Design Team will be sharing teasers with you using the new products, until the release on the 5th April. Today I am using two new sets - Game on and Game On Additions.

I started off by cutting some white cardstock using a SSS Stitched Rectangle die. I then die cut five frames using these dies also. I took the dog playing football image from the Game On set and stamped this on to the panel, as well as the football. These were then masked off and I stamped the goal (from the Game On Additions set) on top. The mask was then removed and the whole image coloured with Copic Markers.

I took one of the banner dies from the Tag Along die collection and cut this from white cardstock. I then stamped the sentiment on to it, from the Pirate Party stamp set. The right side was then cut down. I took the five frame pieces and layered these together and adhered them to an A2 white card base. The panel was then added inside. The sentiment piece was added with foam tape and I also added some Doodlebug Sprinkles around this. To finish off, I added Glossy Accents to the football and stripes to the shirt using a white gel pen.

You Rock

Hello there, today I have a card to share that I made for my Dad for his birthday. Since my Dad is a drummer, I thought the drummer image from the Avery Elle Stoked set would be perfect for him!

I started off with a panel of white cardstock, cut using a SSS Stitched Square die. I then blended TH Distress Inks in Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass in to the centre. I then used the TH Distress Spritzer with a Tumbled Glass Distress Marker and spritzed some of this on to the panel too.

The image was stamped on to white cardstock, cut out using the matching die and coloured using Copic Markers. The sentiment was stamped in the middle drum. The background panel was adhered to a white 4.75"x4.75" card base with foam sheet. I then added the drummer on top with foam tape. To finish off, I applied a generous coat of Glossy Accents over the centre drum.
