Merry Christmas Mum

Hello there, I am back today to share the Christmas card I have made for my mum this year. I saw the Merry Everything stamp from Stamping Bella and thought she would love it. It is such a beautiful and cute image.

I started off by stamping the snow globe image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on to a panel of white cardstock, which was cut using the largest in the SSS Stitched Rectangle Die Collection. I then stamped the sentiment from the Clearly Besotted Hanging Around and You & I sets, below. The image was coloured with Copic Markers, adding clear Wink of Stella to parts, as well as Glossy Accents.

I then took a white A2 card base and added a sheet of paper from the PTI Bitty Box Basics Paper Pad to it. The image panel was then adhered on top with foam sheet. It is a simple card but I wanted the focus to be on the image.

Christmas Money Wallet

Hello there, today I have a quick and simple money wallet to share with you. I often need these or gift card holders at Christmas, and since this one is for a man, I thought I would keep the design pretty simple.

I started off with a piece of 23.5cm x 16.5cm Bazzill Icy Mint cardstock. I then scored this at the 9.5cm and 19cm marks. The cardstock was then folded up to make the pocket. I added thin strips of DST to the sides where the money will slip in to and rounded the corners of the front and inside piece.

I then die cut some Lawn Fawn Stitched Snowflake dies from white cardstock and added these on to the front with liquid glue. The SSS Merry Christmas word die was cut three times from black cardstock, with Stick It on the back, and layered up. These were then added to the front of the pocket too.

Reindeer Games

Hello there, I am here today to share a card made using the super cute Reindeer Games stamp set from Mama Elephant. As soon as I saw this set, I knew I wanted to make some cards for Christmas this with it.

I started off by die cutting the CB Rounded Tag die twice - one from white cardstock and one from watercolour paper. The white one was further cut using one of the ME Landscape Trio dies to make a snow bank. On to this I stamped the sentiment from the ME Mini Messages set. With the water coloured paper one, I blended Distress Inks on to it and then sprayed with a Mini Mister using water and Perfect Pearls.

The Reindeer from the Reindeer Games set was then stamped using black ink and coloured using Copic Markers. I also added Glossy Accents to this nose and Gold Wink of Stella to his collar. Rudolph was then cut out using the matching dies and added to the tag with foam tape. The tag was added to a piece of white cardstock that has been embossed using the PTI Peace Be Still Embossing Plate, using foam tape. This piece was then added to an A2 card base made from PTI Royal Velvet cardstock.

Flora

Hello there, I am back to share another card using Purple Onion Designs stamps. This time I am using the super cute Flora image.

I started off by stamping Flora on to a piece of white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then coloured her in using Copic Markers. I added small polka dots on to her scarf using a white gel pen and I added some Wink of Stella to it also. The sentiment, from the Clearly Besotted Many Mini Messages set, was stamped beside using the same black ink.

I then took a 4x5" card base and added a sheet of paper from the Echo Park Dots & Stripes Winter paper pad on to the front. The panel was then added on top with foam sheet. I finished off by adding a little Glossy Accents to Flora's beak.
