Hello there, I am delighted to be taking part in a fun blog hop today with Altenew, where we look back at the year to see what our favourite projects are that we made.

disclosure.
I always find it difficult to critique my own work/pick favourites but here are four projects that stood out to me when I was looking through what I have made this year.
PROJECT ONE
Main product used:
This was a card that I made for my Terrific Tags with Michelle series showing how to make a tag shaped card. These peonies are gorgeous and I love the large size of them. I also love the non-traditional colours that I used. You can see my original blog posts and video
HERE.
Main products used:
This card was made as part of a blog hop celebrating alcohol inks. I had never really used alcohol inks in this way, with a layering die set, but I loved the results! These buttercup dies are beautiful and easy to layer up too. Buttercups don't have to be yellow! ;) You can see my original blog post
HERE.

This tag was created as part of my Terrific Tags with Michelle series. I really love how the metallic sprays work with the embossing folder. I also love how the blue and purple sprays blended together and the Fairy Tale Floral Embossing Folder is stunning! You can see the original blog post and video
HERE.

This card was made for the January 2022 release. I love these big blooms the stamp layering gives so much depth to both the flowers and leaves and although another non-traditional colour for the flowers, I love how it turned out. As you can tell, I do love blues, aquas and purples on my projects! You can see my original blog post
HERE.

ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful creations, Michelle! Love each one of them.
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle. I am so happy to see your, "Hello Sending Big Hugs" tag again. It was one of my favorite tags of the year.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing your beautiful cards. I really like the fairy tale florals and your beautiful tag made with the embossing folder.
ReplyDeleteI remember all four well and they are all stunning in their own way. My two favourites are the tag shaped card with the peonies as I just love how unique that is and the size of the peonies - it just works so perfectly well as a tag card. The fourth project is just gorgeous - unusual with the dusty purple flowers but stunning because of that. I absolutely love all your cards Michelle - you never get it wrong and are so talented. I look forward to seeing what you have coming in 2023. Hugs! xx
