Long Time No Tea

Hello there, today I have a card to share using the new Mouse Tea Party Stamp Set from Hero Arts. I think it was one of the most popular sets when it was released last week and I can see why. It is absolutely adorable!

I started off by die cutting a panel of white cardstock using one of the new Rounded Rectangle Infinity Dies. I took one of the mice from the set and stamped this on to the top middle of the panel, followed by the sentiment below. I die cut the coordinating frame cut from mask paper and placed this over the mouse image. I also masked off below the mouse. I took some Peacock Feather Distress Oxide Ink and blended this lightly around the image. I did flick on a little water and dabbed off the excess.

The masks were removed and the mouse coloured using Copic Markers. I added Aqua Shimmer to the tea cup. The panel was then simply adhered to a white A2 card base with foam sheet and DST.
