Welcome Little One

I had some lovely news last week, my cousin and her husband had a little baby boy! Here is the card I made for them. I used my go-to set for baby cards - PTI Sweet Baby. I used the stamp and the die to match.

Happy Mother's Day

So I have finally got around to showing you the card I made for my mum for Mother's Day. I used Lili Of The Valley Bunches of Love stamp and coloured with Copics. Mounted with dark purple paper from the Papermania Capsule Collection and added to base with 3D foam. The bottom layers are all Papermania Capsule Collection and the spotty paper is from the Dovecraft Back To Basics I Collection. Purple twine wrapped around and flower charm attached. Kaisercraft sentiment stamped and an MFT Die-Namics butterfly cut out and Doodlebug Sugar Coating adhered to it. Finished off with a couple of Bazzill Adhesive Jewels.

Tilda with Balloon and Some Sweeties

Apologies for being MIA again but I have been quite unwell and in hospital again but here is a card I have made using some of my new goodies I have been buying recently. This is Tilda with Balloon from the new Magnolia Sweetness Collection and I have coloured her with Copics, she has been cut out and mounted to base with DST. The base is layers of paper from the Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue Collection (one of my faves!) I have also die cut a strip of the paper using a MFT Die-Namics Faux Chrochet Border exclusively available in the UK at Die to Die for (the new to be released dies are now on pre-order too). I have stamped the Elzybells greeting and popped behind on of the layers. Wild Orchid Crafts flowers (the large one coloured with a Copic to get the colour I wanted) and The Hobby House pearls added to finish.

Cupcake Belle

This week I have been inspired by the great work of Alice's {Little} Wonderland and after I saw this card I had to CASE it! So I have used the really cute CC Designs Cupcake Belle from the Fairytales Collection and coloured with Copics. I have cut her out and added her to a Nestabilities Label Fourteen layer. This has been airbrushed using the Copic Airbrush system and layered with Bazzill Hershey cardstock and added to the base with 3d foam pads. The base is more Hershey CS layered on to a white card balnk followed by layers of MME Lost & Found Tapestry paper and then a layer from the KaiserCraft Lilac Avenue Collection. I have then made another layer with the Nestabilities die and added the greeting from the Wild Rose Studio Cute Greetings set. I have then made little flowers using the MFT Die-Namics Rolled Flower die (I have to say this is fab! so easy to use) and cut out leaves using the Martha Stewart Frond Branch punch and added pearls and a little ribbon to finish!

Fall Birgita

Happy Halloween! I would love to say that I have made some Halloween cards this year but I haven't had the time even though I have some yummy stamps too! never mind, there is always next year! Instead I have made a card using CC Designs Fall Birgita. I have stamped her out and cut out using a Nestabilities Label Three die and coloured with Copics. She is layered on paper from the Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue Collection (from Bunny Zoe's Crafts) I love this stuff! Prima Flowers added which are the Liliput Roses and Fairytale Roses then Hero Arts message stamped at the bottom and pearls added to finish.

Balloon Bunny

How cute is this little bunny from Lili Of The Valley?! I have kept this really simple and stamped the bunny out and coloured with Copics. Mounted to Bazzill pink CS and then onto the card blank. Elzybells message stamped out and gem stones added to the corner.

Happy Birthday Julia!

Oooh ... two posts in one day, that is almost unheard of for me! It is also the lovely Julia's Birthday today and here is the card I made for her (I hope you and your son are having a great day Julia!). I have used the very cute CC Designs Heidi stamp, masked her off and added a Magnolia fence behind (thank you Rach for the inspiration). Coloured with Copics, cut out using Nestabilities dies and mounted to base with DST. The base is simply two sheets of paper from the Basic Grey pads Urban Prairie & Gypsy. Ribbon wrapped around and Country Elegance Prima Flowers added with pearls. Rub on greeting added to finish.

Swiss Miss Rosalie

Isn't she a cutie? She is one of the new CC Designs Swiss Pixies and is available at Dies to Die for. I have made this for my DT friend Natalie who's Birthday it is today (I hope you have a great day Natalie!) I have stamped Miss Rosalie and coloured with Copics, cut out and added to base with DST. The base is simply layers of paper from the Basic Grey Urban Prairie collection. Prima flowers (also available at DTDF) added and sentiment stamped to finish. Apologies again for the bad photos. Bear and Robin

Yay, I made a card at last! Tracy over at Dies to Die for has some lovely Christmas stamps in stock and after seeing these cute Gillian Roberts stamps I couldn't resist getting a couple. Here is one called 'Bear and Robin' I have stamped it out and coloured with Copics adding glitter to areas using my Spica pen, cut out and added to base. The base is simply a sheet of DB 'Dragonfly' CS added to a white card blank followed by a layer of Bazzill Dotted Swiss CS on top - both available from DTDF. Ribbon wrapped around and tied with a button; Elzybells message stamped and cut out with a QuicKutz Cookie Cutter die and added with 3d foam; snowflakes punched out from DB Sugar Coated CS and pearls added to their centres to finish.

Sweet Kiki La Rue

Apologies again for being the worlds worst blogger recently, I have been going through quite a few personal problems recently so have compeltely lost my mojo. The only thing giving me motivation right now is Farmville! Here is a card I made for the wonderful Gina using inspiration from the equally wonderful Katy.

I have used the adorable new Sweet Kiki la Rue stamp from CC Designs which is available from the fab Tracy at Dies to Die for. I have stamped her out and coloured with Copic markers, cut out and added to base with 3d foam pads. The base is 2 shades of Bazzill Dotted Swiss CS - also from Dies to Die for layered up. Ribbon wrapped around and pearls added. Message stamped from the Elzybells Mini Messages - a little hello set. Tracy has had loads of new products in recently including Kraftin Kimmie, The Greeting Farm & CC Designs stamps plus lots of other products including EZ Mount so what are you waiting for? go shop!!

Elzybells Christmas Mini Messages

Hello and welcome to the second day of Elzybells sneak peeks for the new stamps being released on Thursday. For my samples today I have used the Mini Messages - Christmas set. Full of lovely mini images and sentiments - I love these sets!! My first card used the pudding stamp, I have stamped and coloured with copics, cut out using a Nestie die and mounted to layers of Elzybells Kraft CS and Bazzill brown CS, one wrapped with organza ribbon. Message stamped and pearls added to finish, pretty simple but I do like it!

Happy Birthday Vicki

It was the wonderful Vicki's Birthday yesterday and this is the card I made for her. I have followed the Stampin' for the Weekend challenge 15 sketch. I have first stamped the gorgeous CC Designs Swiss Pixie Gretel (available from Dies to Die for) out and coloured her with Copics, I have then cut her out and added to the base with 3d foam pads. The base is simply sheets all from the Basic Grey Bittersweet collection, the circles have been cut using Nestabilities dies. Greeting stamped from the Elzybells Mini Messages A Little Hello set stamped in the corner then ribbon, flowers and pearls added to finish.

1st Birthday

It was my beautiful Niece's 1st birthday on Tuesday and here is the card I made for her. I have completely 'borrowed' the layout from this fab card by Stacey (I hope you don't mind hun! thank you for the inspiration) I have stamped the very cute elllie stamp out and coloured with Copics adding glitter with my Spica pen on the butterfly. Cut out using Nestie rectangle dies, added to base with DST. The base is layers of DB 'Melon' CS with a layer of Pebbles Inc 'My Baby Girl Flower' paper. Dies to Die for 'Light Coral' ribbon wrapped and tied in a bow with a MME button (also available at DTDF) added to the centre with Scrappers Floss. Pearls added to the corner and greeting stamped (from the Elzybells Mini Messages 'A Little Hello' set). QuicKutz no 1 cut using the Britannia alpha set and added to panel, covered with spica glitter. I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend so far!

Teddy & Snowman

Welcome to day three of Elzybells sneak peeks - only more sleep to go till these cuties are released! For todays sneaks I have gone back to the adorable Christmas bears. My first card uses the 'Teddy & Snowman' stamp and the already released 'Everyday Greetings' set. I have stamped the image out and coloured with Copics adding glitter to the snowman's hat; cut out using a Nestabilities circle and added to base with DST. The base is a layer of pink DB CS, a layer of Craftwork Cards snowflake paper on top then a layer of pink DB CS which has been run through my Cuttlebug using the new Ice Crystals embossing folder. 3 snowflakes have been cut using an X Cut punch and added with teeny pearls. Rory

Many of you will know him already and although I have had him a long time this is the first time I have inked up the gorgeous Rory, shame on me! I stamped him out and coloured with Copics then added to base with 3d foam pads. The base is simply a strip of Doodlebug paper added down the side of a white card blank. Greeting stamped from the Woodware Mixed Greetings Clear Set. Pearls added to finish. Just a simple card but I love that image. I CASEd the colours on the image from this GORGEOUS card made by the amazing Paula. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far, I am on night shifts myself but they are going ok at the mo!

Happy Belated Birthday Denise!

The lovely Denise's Birthday was on Sunday but due to some personal problems I have been lately I didn't manage to post her card in time {I am so sorry Denise, I hope you forgive me} so here it is. I used one of the lovely Gorjuss Girl images that the also very lovely Vicky sent me for my Birthday {thank you so much Vicky} and coloured her with Copic markers then cut out, mounted to base with 3d foam pads. The base is simply a sheet of Bazzill Pinkini CS {available from Dies to Die for} added to a white card blank then a panel of patterned paper from the Basic Grey Urban Prairie pack added on top. Message stamped {from the Elzybells Little Hello set} and Prima flowers added to the corner with Pearls.

Retail Therapy

I saw some great sneak peeks yesterday, I hope you did too! For my second day of Elzybells Sneak Peeks I am using the very cute 'Retail Therapy' dinkies set. I have stamped the girl out {a smaller version of the already released shopaholic girl} and coloured with Copics, cut out using a Nestabilities Label 3 die, added to base with 3d foam pads. The base is simply a sheet of black Bazzill Dotted Swiss CS added to a white card blank. Ribbon wrapped around the middle and pearls added to the corners.

For the inside {sorry about the photo, I am still getting used to my new camera!} I have used the dress stamp from the set and coloured with Copics, again cut out using a Nestie die and added on to a strip of pink CS and rhinestones added. The message {all you need in life is love and a few major credit cards} has been stamped and again cut out using a Nestie die.
