Let It Snowflake - DTDF

Hello there, I have another Christmas card to share with you today (trying to get organised this year!) that I have made for the DTDF Blog using supplies from the Die to Die for shop. I have used an older MFT Die-Namics die (Let It Snowflake) for my card today. Although it has been out for a while now I still love it. Instead of using the positive die cuts I have used the negative to create an aperture in my card panel and added Bo Bunny Double Dot paper behind. Finished off with a few rhinestones. the sentiment is from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Modern Christmas set. I am entering this card into the latest Less Is More Challenge which is to use DP in a CAS way.

SUPPLIES:

Thank you so much for visiting me today. Sorry for the poor pictures (again), it was such a gloomy and rainy day yesterday when I was trying to photograph them. I hope the weather is better for you where you are. Have a great day!

Merry Christmas Niece & Nephew

Just a quick post from me today, I am off for my LP this afternnon but I wanted to get some cards up as I am not sure how much I'll be able to do after my LP for about a week.

The paper is Doodlebug Designs and the snowflake is an MFT Die-Namic. The one for my nephew uses a LOTV image (Snow Bears), SU! Baja Breeze CS and Bo Bunny Snowfall Collection paper. Christmas Angel

Christmas ... only 24 days away and this is the first card I have made. So I am behind as always then, nice to know nothing changes!! Haha!

I have made this card using the very cute CC Designs Christmas Angel, I have coloured her in using Copics, adding glitter to her wings with my Spica pen. I have then cut her out and added to the base with 3D foam pads. The base is made by running a piece of Bazzill Tropical CS through my Cuttlebug using the Snowflakes Embossing Folder. I have then added a strip of Bo Bunny Winter Joy paper accross the bottom and and wrapped around with organza ribbon and Scrappers Floss; this has all been added to a Craftwork Cards card blank. Greeting stamped from the CC Designs Amy R Merry & Bright set and punched out using a Stampin' Up oval punch (from the lovely Jules) and pearls added to the panel. A MFT Die-namic snowflake has been cut using Bazzill Bling CS and added with a MME button.

STAMPS: CC Designs. INK: Memento Tuxedo Black. CS: Craftwork Cards, Bazzill Basics, Bazzill Bling, Bo Bunny. ACCESSORIES: Cuttlebug Snowflakes Embossing Folder, My Favourite Things Die-namics Let It Snowflake, Stampin' Up! oval punch, My Minds Eye Bloom & Grow button, Organza ribbon by Ribbon Oasis, Karen Foster Scrappers Floss, The Hobby House pearls, Copic At You Spica Pen, Copic Markers.

I hope you are all well and keeping warm where you are, we have no snow down here yet but I am sure it is on it's way!

Cord wrapped around and then I have cut out a star using a Nestabilities die out of a piece of Bo Bunny Grease Monkey Tread paper and added on top with 3d foam pads. Button added on top. Message stamped from the Elzybells Mini Messages - A Little Hello set.

CC Designs Gretel

Two posts in one day - get me! lol I received this gorgeous CC Designs Gretel stamp the other day - available at Dies to Die for now and after seeing THIS amazing card by Kimmie I just had to CASE it! So I have stamped Gretel and coloured her with Copics adding glitter to her wings with my Spica pen. I then cut her out using a Nestabilities Label 4 die and added to base with 3d foam pads. The base has been made by layering papers on to a white card blank. The main paper is Bo Bunny Alissa - Love You {from Dies to Die for} and the other two were kindly given to me a while ago by the lovely Vicki {thank you!}. Prima flowers were from the lovely Marcea for my Birthday {thank you!}. Pebbles Inc Candy Dots added and greeting stamped from the Hero Arts Birthday Messages set. Thank you so much for the inspiration Kimmie, I hope you don't mind!
