New Home

Hello there, today I have a new home card to share. I thought it would be fun to use the meerkats from the Clearly Besotted Got Your Back stamp set.

I started off with a panel of white cardstock which was cut using the rectangle Femme Frame from ME. I then stamped the meerkat on to it using black ink. He/she was masked off and then the sold sign and the house/meerkat hole were stamped to the side.

The mask was removed and I coloured the image. The sentiment, from the same set, was stamped below. The image panel was then adhered to a kraft A2 card base with foam sheet.

I have this stamp on my wish list and we are beginning to build our new home after selling the home we've been in for 23 years and this has given me inspiration to do some simple cards to send out to friends and family when we move.
