VIDEO | MFT Stitched Blooms Cascade

Hello there, I was over on the MFT YouTube Channel yesterday, sharing a card using the Stitched Blooms Die-namics. I thought they would look pretty cascading down from the top of a card.

I started off by die cutting the MFT Stitched Blooms Die-namics from various shades of MFT cardstock. I used Boysenberry, Grape Jelly and Grapesicle for the flower petals, Lemon Chiffon for the flower centres and Sour Apple and Field Day for the leaves.

They were arranged on to an A2 white card base, adhering them with MFT On-Point Precision Glue and thin foam squares. I kept them overhanging the card base as I like the look but because of this, the card will not fit in a standard envelope. I will create a custom made one but I do think the card would still look nice with the edges cut off as well!

I took the sentiment, from the MFT Birdie Brown Greetings Galore Stamp Set and stamped it on to white cardstock with MFT Extreme Black Ink. I die cut it using a MFT Essential Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics and then cut the sides off before adhering it to the card with foam tape. To finish off, I added a few Lucy's Bubbles

  1. Such a pretty card and excellent video. I love the shades of purple that you used and the positioning of all the elements is just perfect! And how nice to have some leftovers for another card too 😍
