Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Altenew today to celebrate the release of the Paint-A-Flower Camellia Outline Stamp Set. This is such a beautiful set that can be coloured using lots of different mediums, or as I have done, not coloured at all! We are celebrating the release with a fun blog hop. More information on the hop below.
I started off my card by stamping the image from the Altenew Paint-A-Flower Camellia Stamp Set on to a panel of white cardstock using Altenew Obsidian Black Ink. I then made a mask for it from masking paper and placed it over the top. I also masked off the edges of the panel with Post-It Tape. Using the Altenew Ink Blending Brush, I blended on inks from the Altenew Shades of Purple Crisp Dye Ink Mini Ink Cube Set. I used Lavender Fields, Deep Iris and Midnight Violet.
The masks were removed and I outlined the image using a purple Altenew Artist Alcohol Marker. The panel was then adhered flat to an A2 white card base with tape runner. I took the sentiment from the Altenew Paint-A-Flower Rose Outline Stamp Set and stamped it on to black cardstock with Versamark Ink. I applied Altenew White Crisp Embossing Powder, heat set and cut in to a strip. It was added to the card with foam tape. To finish off, I added purple dots from the Altenew Our Family Enamel Dots Set.
