Hello there, usually when I sit down and create I have some sort of an idea in my head. I either know what stamps I want to use, or a colour combo, or layout. Well, for this card I literally just sat down and had a play with no pre-made idea in my head. It was actually really nice to do! I can also enter it into this week's Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge where the theme is Anything Goes! :)
I took a panel of white cardstock and stamped the solid images from the SSS Scribble Flowers set with some chalk ink (I have recently re-discovered my love for this!). I then stamped the outlines with a dark black ink over the top.
The sentiment, from the SSS Friendship Messages set, has been stamped in the bottom left and then I added a liberal amount of Wink of Stella to the solid parts of the flowers and leaves. The panel has been popped up on to a SSS Fog card base.
SUPPLIES:
Thanks so much for visiting me today. I am a little late with my Guest Design post for Craft Mojo as I am waiting for a few goodies that I want to use for the card, sorry about that. In the mean time though, please pop over to the shop as they have a great 20% off offer for their 1st Birthday! :)
What a beautiful card, Jo x
