Hello there, since the water coloured look is so popular right now I wanted to have another go with it and make a 'pretty' card. I have made the background panel but first stamping and heart embossing a script stamp and then I have gone over the top with three TH Distress Inks - Evergreen Bough, Spun Sugar and Milled Lavender. I have then liberally sprayed it with water and left it to dry. I wanted a focal point for my card but I didn't want to cover up too much of the background.
I took the SSS Chrissy Butterfly and die cut it from vellum, I added this with a teeny bit of Matte medium to the background piece. I then die cut the SSS thanks die four times and layered them up, the final layer having a layer of WOS. I also added this with Matte Medium on top of the butterfly. I have then finished off with a few Doodlebug sequins. The panel has been added to a white card base with 3D foam.
