Pinkfresh Studio | Homespun with Heart February 2026 Release Blog Hop

Hello there, I am delighted to be joining Pinkfresh Studio today for a fun and inspirational blog hop featuring the February 2026 Homespun with Heart release. This release, as the name suggests, has a big stitching theme, but of course with Pinkfresh, there are lots of florals too, and I am using one for my card today.

PLEASE NOTE: This post contains affiliate links. Please see below for my full disclosure.

I started off my card by taking a panel of white cardstock and placing the Pinkfresh Studio Trailing Grace Stencils on top, one by one, and securing in place with low-tack tape to add ink blending with Pinkfresh Studio 1" and 1/2" Blending Brushes

I used Pinkfresh Studio Ocean Breeze and Mermaid Cove Inks for the petals and Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Hybrid Ink for the leaves and stems. I then die cut it out using the Pinkfresh Studio Trailing Grace Die. I did cut the die again, this time just from white cardstock. I also die cut one of the Pinkfresh Studio Nested Hexagons: Double Stitch Dies four times from white cardstock.

I adhered the white cardstock flower/stems pieces onto the hexagon first using Pinkfresh Studio Clear Precision Craft Glue and cut off the excess from the sides (leaving a few leaves hanging off the edge) using scissors. I then adhered the stencilled ones over the top, again cutting off the excess with scissors. I created a side folding A2 card base from Pinkfresh Studio Heat-Resistant Acetate Sheet and adhered the hexagon piece on top using thin foam tape. I added the other hexagon pieces to the inside of the card and to the back with tape runner adhesive.

I stamped a sentiment from the Pinkfresh Studio The Stitch Edit: Heartmade Details Stamp onto black cardstock using Versamark Ink. I applied white embossing powder and heat set. It was cut into a strip and adhered to the card using thin foam tape. I embellished with Pinkfresh Studio Ice Clear Drops and to finish, added white gel pen dots to the leaves.
