VIDEO | Pinkfresh Studio Simple Framed Floral

Hello there, I am delighted to be over on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube Channel today sharing a simple framed floral card using the Peony Glow suite of products. I am using ink blending to colour my images today but if you are not a fan of ink blending, there is also washi tape that coordinates with the dies, so you can simply add the washi tape to white cardstock and use the dies to cut them out. Really quick and easy!

I started off my card by stamping one of the stamps (with four floral images on) from the Pinkfresh Studio Peony Glow Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Ink. I placed the coordinating stencils over the top, one by one, to add colour using ink blending. 

I used Pinkfesh Studio Inks in Sparkling Rose, Bubblegum and Candy Violet for the petals, Sunshine and Sweet Mustard for the flower centres, and Slumber, Blue Jay & Sapphire for the leaves. They were then die cut out using the Pinkfresh Studio Peony Glow Dies. 

I die cut a frame using two of the Pinkfresh Studio Nested Hexagons: Double Stitch Die Set from white cardstock, three times and adhered them one on top of another for added dimension. It was then adhered to a US A2 sized white card base. I popped the larger floral image underneath the edge of the frame and then a smaller one above it, adhering with thin foam tape. 

I stamped the sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio Freesia Flourish Stamp Set onto white cardstock using Pinkfresh Studio Detail Black Ink. It was die cut out using the coordinating die and adhered to the card. To finish, I embellished with Pinkfresh Studio Iridescent Dew Drops.
