VIDEO | Craft Favourites 2016 - Embellishments & Finishing Touches

Hello there, today I am sharing with you the last instalment of my Craft Favourites 2016 series. I am talking about my favourite embellishments and finishing touches.

I was kindly sent a whole bunch of Nuvo products from Tonic this year. I am always apprehensive when a company asks to send me things as I worry that I may not like the products. As it turns out, the Nuvo range is great! I really love their glitters, embossing powders and of course the drops (I hope to share these in videos soon). Here is a look at my favourite embellishments and finishing touches this year:

Here are the links to what I have shared in the video. Please click on the picture or wording to be taken to where I purchased it. Affiliate links are used on some products. This means that if you make a purchase after clicking on my link, I receive a small commission with no extra cost to you. I truly appreciate your support when using these links. Products marked with an asterisk (*) were sent to me, all other products were purchased by myself.

I was so glad to rediscover Copic At You Spica pens this year. I have had them sitting on my desk for years but when I came across the Wink of Stella pen, they kind of got forgotten. I am really enjoying using them again to add sparkle over coloured images. What have been your favourite embellishments this year?

You may have noticed that I didn't talk about cardstock and paper this year. I am still using exactly the same brand of cardstock that I was last year - Papertrey Ink, Bazzill, MFT and Simon Says Stamp. I decided not to make  anew video on it but you can see me talking about them here.

I hope you have enjoyed the series this year. Thanks so much for your continued support this year, it really means a lot to me. I am looking forward to sharing with you in 2017.

VIDEO | Craft Favourites 2016 - Colouring

Hello there, in my Craft Favourites 2016 series today, I am talking about colouring. If you have followed me for a while now, you will know that I love colouring. It is one of my favourite things to do and I strive to get better at it.

I will always love my Copic Markers. They are a bit of an investment but so worth the money as far as I am concerned. I have a list of my most used colours here. This year I also started to use coloured pencils more. When I first started crafting, I always used coloured pencils or watercolour pencils to colour images but when I discovered Copics, I sort of fell out of love with them. Thankfully I rediscovered my love this year and hope to use them a lot more in 2017 too. I also loved water colouring this year as well. Here is a look at some of my favourite colouring mediums:

What is your favourite colouring medium? I would love to hear. Thanks so much for visiting me today. I will be back tomorrow with my final instalment of the series. I hope you have a great day!

VIDEO | Craft Favourites 2016 - Tools & Adhesive

Hello there, I am back with another episode in my Craft Favourites 2016 series and today, I am talking about tools and adhesives. The ones that I shared in last year's video are still the ones that I use now. I didn't want to repeat myself and possible bore you, so this year I have just included ones that I started using more this year.

One of the tools I especially loved using this year are the Stencil Brushes from Clarity. They are a bit more on the expensive side but I love them for ink blending. They give a softer look compared to the ink blending tool from Ranger, so it is great to get a different look. They are really easy to use too, although the largest one is a bit on the bulky side! Here is a look at what I have been using this year:
