Magical Birthday

Hello there, today I have a card to share using the new Fairy Tale Mermaid set from Clearly Besotted. I know that it was a favourite with a lot of you in the last release and I know why. She is beautiful!

I took a panel of white cardstock and cut her out using a stitched square die. I then stamped her out on to the panel, masked her off and stamped the seaweed piece so that it is behind the stone. I then went to town colouring her with Copic Markers. I also added some dots with Copic Spica glitter pens to her tail. The colours I used for all of the Copics are below the supplies section.

The sentiment from the set was stamped in the upper right of the panel. I took some MFT Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Pastels paper and added this to the front of a white 4.75" x 4.75" card base. I then added the stamped panel on top with a piece of foam sheet and double sided tape.
