Birthday Stars

Hello there, when I saw this card by Julie Dinn, I immediately thought that the elements would make a great, simple birthday card. I went with blues for the card and I think it work for both males and females.

I started off with a panel of white cardstock. I ran this through my Cuttlebug using the MFT Stitched Strip die. I then cut the little stars from the set from MFT Sno Cone and Blu Raspberry cardstock, as well as Bazzill Card Shoppe Gumball cardstock.

I then took the sentiment, from the MFT Birthday Bears stamp set, and stamped this inside two of the stitched lines. The little stars were added to the panel and then the whole panel added to an A2 card base made with MFT Grout Gray cardstock. To finish off, I added Glossy Accents to the stars.

Even though is it super simple, I do like how it came out and so happy to have another male card to add to the box. Thanks so much for visiting me today. I hope you have a great weekend.

    1. The stitched lines are all one die so I just made sure that the bottom one that I wanted to be straight, was straight on the panel and they all cut beautifully :)
