Congrats. You Did It

Hello there, I am back today to share my final Clearly Besotted teaser with you for the December release. Today I am using the Congrats To You stamp set.

I started off by taking  a piece of white cardstock and cutting it using the rectangle die from the ME Femme Frames die set. I then took the Sunburst stamp set and stamped three of the sunbursts using MFT Hybrid inks.

The sentiment was then stamped on top using black ink. This was added to an A2 Grapesicle card base, which was run through my Cuttlebug using the PTI Linen Embossing Plate. I added the panel using foam sheet. To finish off, I added a little clear Wink of Stella to the purple sunburst.

Peace & Happiness

Hello there, I am back today to share another Clearly Besotted teaser with you. Today I am using the new Joyeux Noel stamp set, along with the already released Ornamental Style set.

I started off with a piece of white cardstock and stamped the snowflakes from the Ornamental Style stamp set on to it using Versamark ink. I then added WOW! Silver Pearl embossing powder on to them and heat set. I blended over Shaded Lilac TH Distress Ink and then sprayed a fine mist of Perfect Pearls and water over it. I then cut this out using a SSS Stitched Rectangle die.

I took the sentiment from the Joyeux Noel set and stamped this in Versamark ink on to some Bazzill vellum. This was embossed using WOW! Bright White embossing powder and then the vellum was cut into a strip. I took the panel and then wrapped the vellum sentiment strip around it and secured at the back. The panel was added to a white A2 card base that had the PTI Peace Be Still Embossing Plate embossed on to it, with foam tape.

Anniversary Squirrels

Hello there, I am here to share a Clearly Besotted Teaser with you today. Stephanie always kindly gives the CB Design Team December off, but since I have a pile of amazing stamps on my desk, I could hardly not use them could I? :)

The December release consists of amazing dotty sentiment sets (along with a number one). For my card today I am using the Happy Anniversary set. I started of with a panel of white cardstock and stamped the super cute squirrels from the Nutty But Nice stamp set on to it. I then masked them off and stamped the Birch Background II on top with SSS Fog ink.

The squirrels were then coloured using Copic Markers. The Happy Anniversary sentiment was then stamped on top. The panel was adhered to a white A2 card base and then to finish, I added a few hearts (cut using the ME Confetti die from glitter paper).

Love & Kindness

Hello there, as mentioned yesterday, I am back today to share another card using the Hero Arts Acts of Kindness stamp set, as part of Jennifer McGuire's Share Handmade Kindness challenge. This card also uses ink smooshing but in pink and purple tones.

I took a piece of watercolour paper and stamped the sentiment with Veramark ink on to it. I then heat embossed this with WOW! Bright White Embossing Powder. Once melted, I smooshed over the TH Distress Inks. I then sprayed it with a mist of Perfect Pearls and water.

Once dried, I die cut the panel using a SSS Stitched Circle die. I then took a white A2 card base and cut the front panel using the Lil' Inker Designs Quilted Stitched Pattern die. The circle piece was added on top with foam sheet. I then took three little hearts, die cut using the SSS Mini Heart die set, and added them on top. I finished off by adding a little Wink of Stella on them.
