Hello there, so sorry I haven't been around for a week or so. Today though, I finally have a card to share with you. I got hold of a couple of Winnie & Walter word dies last week and couldn't wait to have a play!
I started off by taking a sheet of TH Watercolor Cardstock and die cutting the In A Word: Hugs Cutaway die from it. Keeping it inside the panel, I then applied TH Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch. I then took the TH Distress Sprayer bottle and spritzed water on to the panel, it gave quite large splatters but I quite like the effect.
Once dried, I took the hugs portion out of the panel and then die cut another three of them. These were then layered up. The panel was added to a white A2 card base, followed by the hugs word inlaid back in.
