Moo-tiful Birthday

Hello there, I love this Simon Says Stamp Birthday Farm Animals stamp set! I think it is great for male cards in particular. I have already used the pig and the goat from the set, and now I thought I would use the cow.

I started off by die cutting a piece of white cardstock using the SSS Stitched Rectangle dies. The cow was then stamped on to this with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Copic Markers, adding a liberal amount of Glossy Accents to his nose.

I took an A2 card base made from SSS Soft Navy cardstock and then stamped the IO Diagonal Stripes Background stamp on to this, using Versamark ink. The image panel was then adhered on top using foam sheet.

  1. Love him! He's so funny! I've never tried VersaMark without heat embossing, so I might just have to try it on its own. Thanks for sharing as always! Xx
