Hello there, as soon as I saw this Ella & Friends stamp set by Mama Elephant, I knew I wanted to ink it up. Then when I got it in my hands I didn't know what to do with it! Not because of the set itself, but because I saw so many gorgeous cards using it and I guess I got a little intimated. Last weekend I finally busted it out to make a card for a friend.
I started off by stamping Ella, the bunny, the umbrella and sentiment in black ink on to piece of white cardstock. I then masked them all off (except the sentiment). I ran a piece of masking paper through my Cuttlebug using the cloud border from the ME Landscape Trio dies to make some clouds.
This was placed on to the panel in various places and I used my Copic Airbrush to add in some sky and clouds (a little difficult to see on the photo, they are a little bit more pronounced in real life!). The rest of the panel was then coloured using Copic Markers. I finished off by adding a little white pen to Ella's and the bunny's cheeks. I also added clear WOS and Glossy Accents to the umbrella. The panel was adhered to a white A2 card base with foam sheet.
