Beep Bop Birthday

Hello there, I am back again today with a card to share that I made for my nephew the other month. Can you see the resemblance to the last card? I actually made this one first and liked the layout, so I made the Santa one the same!

This card uses the super cute Beep Bop Birthday set from Lawn Fawn - great for little boys! I first took the robot image, stamped him out and coloured with Copic Markers. I then cut him out with the matching die. The Balloons have been stamped with blue and green HA inks and die cut out also. I then took a panel of cardstock, which has been cut using the LF Stitched Journaling Card Die, and stamped the sentiment at the top. I also made a ground for the robot using a tail from an MFT balloon set.

I then stamped the actual balloon tails on the panel and added the images with foam tape. The panel has been adhered to a white card base, which has a sheet of paper from the Doodlebug Hip Hip Hooray Collection on the front, with more foam tape. I have then added a coat of Glossy Accents to the blue balloon and to the buttons on the robot.

I apologise for the awful photo here, it was the only one I could get as I had to take it quickly before giving it to my nephew! I really like how the card came out though :) Thanks so much for visiting me today.

Santa

Hello there, long time no see! I am back today with a card using the Simon Says Stamp Winter Characters Stamp & Die Set. This is one of the sets designed by Clearly Besotted for Simon's Stamptember event. It is available throughout the holiday season but then it will be gone, so if you haven't already got it and want it, please pick it up quickly!

I wanted to use the cute Santa on my card today so I stamped him out, coloured with Copic Markers and used the matching die to cut him out. I then took the LF Stitched Journaling Card die and cut this from white CS, made a snow bank for Santa to stand on (using a string from a balloon set!) and added Santa on top with foam tape. I then stamped the sentiment, from the SSS Holiday Hellos set, above him.

I then took some Bazzill Red Hots CardShoppe Cardstock and stamped it with the Impression Obsession Diagonal Stripes stamp using Versamark ink. I then liberally applied Iridescent Sparkle embossing powder and heat set. I added the Santa panel with more foam tape and then rounded the corners of the card with a Corner Chomper. Lastly I added some clear Wink of Stella to the white parts of Santa's jacket and hat and gold to his belt buckle.

CB Teasers | Snowdrops

Hello there and welcome to the last day of Clearly Besotted Teasers for November. Have you been enjoying them? For my card today I am using the beautiful Winter Blooms set. I have first taken the stunning Snowdrops and stamped them in Versamark and heat set with white embossing powder. These have then been coloured using Copic Markers, adding a little clear WOS to the flower buds.

I have then added this panel to a white card base, which has a strip of Doodlebug paper along the bottom, with foam tape. The sentiment, from the A Little Sentimental set, has been stamped and cut out using the banner die from the Tag Along die set. This has also been added to the card with foam tape and I have added a few Doodlebug Sprinkles to finish.

Hello there and welcome to another day of Clearly Besotted Teasers. Not long to wait now, the new products will be available to purchase tomorrow evening. My card today uses the new Whale Done stamp set - it is so cute!

I first stamped the whale on to a panel of white cardstock using Memento Summer Sky ink. I then went over this using my Copic Markers and added the detail to the eye with a black Copic Multiliner. The sentiment, from the same set, has been stamped below in black and the panel adhered to a white card base with foam tape.

CB Teasers | Sweet Christmas

Hello there and welcome to another day of Clearly Besotted Teasers. Are you enjoying them so far? Today I am using  a new set called Naughty or Nice? It is filled with lovely gingerbread and sweet related images for Christmas (although could be used throughout the year I am sure).

I have first taken the gingerbread house and the tree image from the set and stamped them using chalk ink. I then cut these out, added WOS to both along with some Glossy Accents in the window of the house and DB Sprinkles on the door; these were then set aside while I made the base layer. I have first taken some white CS and cut two circles from it, one for the base layer and one I then put back through my Cuttlebug using the Tree Landscape die. I just wanted the landscape flat to resemble snow so I cut off the trees.

I assembled my little scene together, adding foam tape behind the landscape die, the house and tree. I then die cut a banner and stamped the 'have a sweet Christmas' set on it using black ink. This has been added to the scene also. The whole thing has then been added to a white card base.
