Christmas Window - CBS Teasers and Reveal

Hello there, today I have a card to share that is made using the new Window Dressing stamp set and matching dies. I have made a Christmas scene with mine. First I cut  a whole in my card base using the window frame die. I then covered the whole with acetate and stuck the window frame on top with clear 3D foam. I stamped the curtains out on some white CS and coloured with Copic Markers, I cut these out and popped them on tot he window frame. There is a die for this but I wanted the curtains without the white border for this card. For the inside I masked off the square for where you would look through the window and then went to town with my Distress Inks and blending tool. I then splattered some drops of Pearl Glimmer Mist on the top to look like snow fall. I took the Santa and reindeer image from the Set The Scene stamp set and stamped it with Brilliance Graphite Black Ink and went over it with a black Copic Spica pen. The card was finished off with the sentiment from the Modern Christmas set.

SUPPLIES:

+ Acetate kindly given to me by a friend. COPIC MARKERS: V93, V95, V99

It is a little difficult to get a good photograph of the card but you can see it here in my video of the release a bit better ...

So what are your favourites out of this release? Sadly there will be no release in December as Stephanie will be taking a well earned rest. She has worked so hard for her first year of Clearly Besotted Stamps and I am so proud of how much she has achieved.

The new sets will be available in the shop tonight at 12 Midnight and at Simon Says Stamp shortly too. Please pop by Stephanie's blog for more of the reveal and also links to the other DT members for some more inspiration. Thanks so much for visiting me today. Wishing you a happy and safe Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night xx
