Here is my video for my card making haul for the month of October. I was pretty good this month so the video is quite short but of course I had to buy a few bits! Hope you enjoy watching ...
Thanks so much for watching and visiting my blog today, hope you have a great day. I am going to see Skyfall tonight at the cinema; I hope it's good! Also I just wanted to say that my thoughts go to those affected in America at the moment xx

Nephew Jake's 2nd Birthday

Here is the card I made for my nephew for this second birthday. I used the PTI Little Hot Rod stamp set along with the dies, as he likes trains. I added the little two in the train smoke cloud using the MFT Banner Alphabet set.

So since Jake's birthday falls near Halloween, my brother and SIL decided to make his birthday party Halloween themed and we all had to dress up. I dressed as Morticia Addams from the Addams Family, so I thought I would leave you with a photo ...
Feel free to laugh as much as you like! :0) I did win the Best Costume trophy though, so it was worth it! lol Have a great rest of your weekend!

Let It Snowflake - DTDF

Since we are getting closer to Christmas now I thought I would bust out the MFT Die-Namics Let It Snowflake die for my card for Dies to Die for today. I think they look really pretty cut from vellum.

Thanks so much for visiting today. I forgot to mention on my last post, do you like my new watermark? The lovely Janet from Pink Gem Designs made it for me, I love it!

Oh PS) I forgot to add, I got some good news this week. I passed my dissertation! Yay! Just need to wait and find out how it works with my Honours Degree now but it should mean that I have got it :0)

The Cutest Reindeer In Town!

Is this not the cutest reindeer you did ever see?! When I got previews of the Clearly Besotted Stamps sets I saw this reindeer and fell in love! I don't usually make Christmas cards this early (yep, it's still early for me) but I could not resist inking this beauty up.

COPIC MARKERS - E40, E41, E43, E44, E47, E49, R24, R27.

Apologies for the photo's again, it is so dark and miserable here in Surrey today. Have a great day whatever you are up to.

Boo's Fun - DTDF Challenge

Here is my card I made for the latest challenge over at the Dies to Die for Blog. The challenge this month is Halloween/Monsters. I saw these ghosts from CC Designs are fell in love, how cute are they? They remind me of Casper the Friendly Ghost! So I have coloured the one holding the pumpkin in with Copic Markers and cut out; I have added it to a circle cut using a MFT Die-Namics Circle Stax die on Doodlebug Beetle Black CS with 3D foam pads. This has in turn been mounted with 3D foam pads to the card base. The base is simply two sheets from the Echo Park The Apothecary Emporium pad mounted to more black CS and twine wrapped around. Bazzill Jewels added to finish.

COPIC MARKERS: Ghost: C5, C3, C1, C0, C00, Blender. Pumpkin: Y35, Y38, YR23, E08, YG67, YG99.

Thanks so much for visiting me today. I have been invited to my nephew's birthday party at the end of the month, the only thing is it is a halloween themed party and everyone has to come in costume. I need to get my thinking cap on as to what I am going to go as! Have a great day!

Harvest Berries Butterfly

This is the card I made for Mum's Birthday this year. I used the Harvest Berries background from PTI and the butterfly is from the Sixxiz & Hero Arts Antique Flower and Butterfly set - unfortunately I have lost the dies somewhere so had to cut it out by hand!

Thanks for visiting me today,

One Layer Butterflies

A while ago I saw this amazing card by Maile Belles and knew I had to re-create it somehow. So I have used the beautiufl butterflies from the Cleary Besotted Stamps Butterfly Wishes set and stamped them along the side of a card base. I then cut the side with scissors following the line of the butterfly wings. The stamped greeting is part from the Butterfly Wishes set (the happy) and part from the Happy Everything set (the birthday). Jewels added to finish. I am entering this card in to this week's Less Is More challenge of wings (haven't played along on a while and couldn't resist using butterflies for wings even if it is predictable!).

Thanks so much for visiting today, sorry for the rubbish photo's. I am having really bad problems with the lighting in my craft room at the moment due to the darker days. Anyway, hope you have  a lovely Sunday. I have re-drawn my giveaway so please check below if you are a new winner. Thanks!

Besotted With Butterflies

So I am quite besotted with the Butterfly Wishes set from Cleary Besotted Stamps. The sentiment is from the Happy Everything set. Don't these butterflies look beautiful in PTI's Summer Sunrise? So far away from the weather here in the UK right now and so summery!

Thanks for visiting today,

Same Card, Different Sentiment

Here are two card I have made using the Happy Everything set from Clearly Besotted Stamps. I have taken the flower branch image and stamped it direct on to the base with Kraft ink and then gone around with an E40 Copic Marker. The first card uses the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Twinkle Toes set and pearls. The second card uses a PTI sentiment cut using an SU! Word Window punch and rhinestones.

Thanks for visiting today, if all goes to plan I will be doing a spot of shopping with my mum today. Have a great day whatever you are up to.
