Merry Christmas 2010

Here are the last of the Christmas cards I have made this year, finished them this morning ... nothing like leaving it till the last minute!

This card is for my mum using the gorgeous LOTV bear, coloured with Copics and cut out using a Nestabilities circle die. Added to some Doodlebug card which has been lined with Icicle Stickles. Prima Tea Rose in Snow added with snowflakes cut with the MFT die Let It Snowflake and some Prima Say it in Crystals. The greeting is Elzybells.

This one is for my brother and sister-in-law. I have used the lovely Penny Johnson Dearest Dear stamp and coloured with Copics, cut out and added to a card which has had a piece of paper from the Crate Paper Snow Day pack added on top. Wrapped with ribbon and a MFT Snowflake die added with a MME Lush rhinestone, the greeting is by Elzybells.

This card is for my Nan & Grandad, I have used the lovely Laurence Design Star Gazing stamp and coloured with Copics. Added to a base made from a piece of paper from the Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather pack. A Doodlebug border sticker added to the top. Another MFT Snowflake die added (can you tell I love this die ...?!) added with a button and gem stones added in the holes. Elzybells message stamped and cut out with a QuicKutz Cookie Cutter die.

I would like to wish all my visitors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am working over the season so probably won't be on here again till the New Year, love and wishes to you and your families, thank you for all your support this year xxx

Niece & Nephew

How are we doing? all ready for Christmas? As per usual I am not very organised this year, I still have cards to make but here are the cards I have made for my niece and nephew. I have made easel cards using Nestabilities shapes for the base.

My niece's card uses CC Designs Trim the Tree Emma and coloured with Copics and cut out using Nestabilities Labels Fourteen dies. The snowflake is a MFT Die Namics Let It Snowflake die cut from Bazzill Bling Flirty CS with a pearl in the centre. The snowflake paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather collection. The sentiment is from the CC Designs Amy R Holiday Greetings set. The letters are stamped using a Studio G set and punching out using a mini square punch.

For my nephew's card I have used the very cute LOTV Igloo for Two and also coloured with Copics. The paper on the base is from the Echo Park Wintertime kit. And the rest of the ingredients are the same!

STAMPS: CC Designs, Lili Of the Valley, Studio G. INK: Memento Tuxedo Black. CS: Bazzill Basics, Bazzill Bling, Echo Park, Cosmo Cricket. ACCESSORIES: Nestabilities, My Favourite Things Die-Namics, Melissa Frances Pearls, X Cut mini sqaure punch, Copic Markers.

Best wishes,

Birthday Girl

Oh my goodness! I am glad that snow has gone! I had so much trouble getting to work, it cost me a fortune in taxi's. I hope you all managed to stay warm and safe. Here is a card I made before all the snow came down, it is using one of the new MFT A La Mode stamps - these are so cute! I love the font of the sentiments. I have stamped the 'Birthday Girl' out and coloured with Copics adding glitter to the cake icing with a Copic Spica pen. She has been added to the base with DST. The base is made by layering up My Minds Eye Lost & Found papers - such pretty colours! I have then added Prima E.Line flowers with pearls in the centres and stamped the sentiment out and added with 3d foam pads to finish.

Stamps: My Favourite Things. INK: Memento Tuxedo Black. CS: My Minds Eye. ACCESSORIES: Prima Flowers, Dies to Die for pearls, Copic Markers.

Thank you for visiting ...
